The past year has brought me great joy serving as the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana. I have personally learned much and had the opportunity to work with engaged employees and a dedicated board of directors. As I transition to other opportunities I would like to encourage all Bigs, Littles, parents/guardians, sponsors and supporters to continue to believe in the power and promise of our local youth. The mentoring programs that Big Brothers Big Sisters offers is a true blessing to the children in our community and I know that with your support great things are on the horizon.
I am honored to pass the torch to Andrew Backes, who I know will lead the agency to bigger and better opportunities through wonderful mentoring programs!
