OUR PROGRAMS

Mentoring is what we know best. However, we have different mentoring programs available that shape the way you can interact with your Little.

  • Community-Based - Many of our matches are considered a community-based match. That means they can go out in the community together and enjoy activities they both enjoy; the sky is the limit! Community-based matches meet at least twice a month for a minimum total of 3 hours.

  • (Couples Match) Community-Based  - Couples can go out in the community together (Couple with their Little together. This type of match is matched with a Little boy.) and enjoy activities they all three enjoy; the sky is the limit! Community-based matches meet at least twice a month for a minimum total of 3 hours.

  • Site-Based - These matches meet only in the school during the school year or at a specific site. They often spend time working on homework, playing games, or just catching up on what's new. Site-based matches meet once a week during the child's lunch/recess or at a specific site.

  • High School BigsPart of our programs in Posey, Spencer, and Vanderburgh Counties include a mentoring program specifically designed for high school juniors and seniors. They meet with local elementary and middle school students to meet weekly.

    • New in 2026: Civic Engagement within the High School Bigs Program. This program is designed for Bigs to grow as leaders withing their community, Littles to discover their voices early, and the broader community gains informed, invested young people. Bi-weekly activities designated to spark conversations and change.

  • Bigs with Badges - This program connects our youth with law enforcement and first responders in our community who care most about kids in our community. Learn more.

  • MentorWorks - MentorWorks empowers youth to explore career pathways and develop professional confidence through meaningful workplace mentorships with caring adults.
