To mark the occasion, we’re pulling out all the stops, making some changes, and celebrating in BIG and BOLD ways. For over a century, we have provided young people with strong, enduring, one-to-one mentoring relationships — that will not change.
What is growing and changing is our vision for the future. We are building an even stronger community of Bigs, providing more support for Littles, and creating a future where all young people can experience the life-changing impact of mentorship.
The only true requirement for becoming a part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida’s community is a belief in the innate potential and power of young people to change their lives and communities.

It doesn’t matter how much time or money a person can give. We believe that big things start small — one moment, one action, one person at a time. And we are here to invite you into this process wherever you may be today.
