We are excited to reintroduce you to Grace Walker, a case manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters. Grace joined the staff in June 2021 and loves meeting with the Littles in the program and hearing their hopes and dreams. Through Grace’s role, she helps conducts match support to ensure child safety, outcomes for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children, volunteers, and guardians.
Grace is from Evansville and a recent graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. She can be described as passionate and goofy. She is happiest cuddling her dog and taking care of her plants.
Her favorite match activity memory is going to the driving range with the Big and Little
matches. “It was so fun getting to something for the first time with Littles who were also
experiencing golf for the first time,” Grace says.
She loves hearing match stories where the Littles get to have a new experience they wouldn’t have had otherwise whether it’s going to Holiday World, having a warm Krispy Kreme donut, or cheering at a hockey game.
