It is a pleasure to introduce myself as the new Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana. Although I was born and raised in Louisiana, I have been blessed to call Indiana my home for the past four years. Big Brothers Big Sisters is an agency that has been near and dear to my heart and I am eager to be able to lead this agency into the next 50 years.
Before coming to BBBS of Southwestern Indiana, I was Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana, located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I served as Executive Director from 2011 until July of 2015 which was a wonderful experience and one that I truly missed after moving to Evansville in 2015. Time and patience paid off and I have returned to a role that I love. I believe I possess the experience and passion to lead BBBS of Southwestern Indiana, and as a result not only grow the program’s volunteers to serve more children but also offer a premier quality mentoring program for all participants.
