Attend Bowl for Kids' Sake this Spring!

Mark your calendars and get ready to bowl! Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Indiana are about to host their annual fundraising/philanthropy event, Bowl for Kids' Sake!

In both April and May, three sessions of the event will be held across the two months, and all proceeds (every dollar raised!) will go towards helping local kids find their perfect mentors.

This year, the theme of Bowl for Kids' Sake is Rock N Bowl, where all teams are highly encouraged to dress up as their favorite rock band or artist. Teams must be made up of six members, so ask your friends, family, and co-workers to put on some leather and black eyeliner to strike pins and help kids! Local fraternities and sororities are welcome and encouraged to take part!

Currently, over 100 children are on the waiting list to have a big brother or sister assigned to mentor them. Your support, both financially and promotion wise, goes a long way to guiding local children through life and giving them someone to aspire to and be inspired by.

Not only will participation in Bowl for Kids Sake benefit local children, but every team will have the chance to promote their own organization once they surpass a fundraising goal. For every record you break, promotions and rewards will be provided, including logo promotion, social media mentions, recognition in all BBBS advertisements, and more! More information on fundraising goals and rewards, as well as tips and support to fundraise, can be found here.

The first session of Bowl for Kids Sake will be held on Saturday April 10th at Franklin Lanes in Evansville. The second session will be at the Showplace Family Entertainment Center in Newburgh from Wednesday April 17th to Saturday April 20th. The final session, held on Wednesday May 8th and Thursday May 9th, will take place at Posey Lanes in Mt. Vernon.

Register soon to receive your free Rock N Bowl t-shirt, and bring your best game, as the top 25 teams will receive a custom painted bowling pin.

We hope to see you at any of the three locations in the coming months!
