Drew Zuckerman, our CPA and Senior Associate, moved from Louisville, KY to Evansville in the summer of 2019. Originally from Lexington, he attended the local Transylvania University.
Drew works for Harding, Shymanski, & Co., though when he was a boy he wanted to be a surgeon. Though his childhood dreams have changed, he’s still loyal, driven, and honest.
Drew loves being on the board because it is of “how imperative it is that we, as adults, do everything we can to try and give children support.” Giving this support, he believes is a part of “our moral and ethical responsibility” to make sure children succeed. Drew has two twin daughters. Outside of work, he loves spending time with them and his wife. But, if he’s not with his family or at work, he enjoys playing golf.
One of his favorite children’s movies is The Sandlot, a touching story about childhood friendships and working together. Babe Ruth is an important masculine figure in the film, and Drew’s favorite quote is from Ruth: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” Drew Zuckerman isn’t afraid of playing the game and steps up to the plate for the children in our community.
Our Board of Directors are some of the largest advocates and supporters of our organization. We are grateful for an engaged Board of Directors who are committed to our vision for all children to achieve success in life.
